Will a public model set a widely reported SOTA on MMLU?

This market resolves YES if a publicly available model achieves a new highest score on the MMLU benchmark AND the result is reported by at least three major tech or AI news outlets (The Verge, Ars Technica, Wired, MIT Technology Review, etc.) before the close date.
