Will a public model set a widely reported SOTA on SWE-bench?

This market resolves YES if a publicly available model achieves a new highest score on SWE-bench Verified AND the result is covered by at least three major AI/tech outlets before the close date. It resolves NO otherwise. Resolution source: SWE-bench official leaderboard (swe-bench.github.io).
