This market resolves YES if zkSync records the highest percentage TVL growth among all tracked Ethereum L2 networks (Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Polygon zkEVM, etc.) in a single 7-day period before the close date. Resolution source: L2Beat.com TVL data. It resolves NO if another L2 records higher growth.
